Osborne Richardson seeks an experienced Principal Planning Specialist to lead a small team of Planners on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of approximately four planners and be responsible for reviewing and approving reports, collaborating with members, attending team meetings and planning committee sessions, as well as proactively contributing during the Unitary transformation period.

They will manage a modest caseload of medium to complex planning applications.

The initial contract duration is three months, with a remuneration package of 53 per hour (Umbrella), adhering to IR35 regulations. Our client offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Estimated Salary: £50 - £56 per hour
