About the Role

As a Branch Manager at haart, you will be responsible for leading a team of Estate Agents in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be the driving force behind the success of your branch, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and that our team members are motivated and supported to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales and lettings performance, goals, and challenges.
  • Coach and develop the skills of your team members to ensure they are equipped to provide outstanding customer service and achieve their sales and lettings targets.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to help them improve.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales and lettings growth, and to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Manage the branch's risk and compliance, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, Property Valuer position, or higher.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create and implement business plans, and to monitor and assess performance.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
  • Attention to detail.

What We Offer

  • £50,000 per year, complete on-target earnings.
  • £22,000 to £25,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
  • Five months of supplementary payments to support you whilst you build your pipeline.
