About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Graduate to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing organization, you'll work closely with other departments to ensure safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, service, and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop your technical skills and knowledge in the manufacturing of high-quality influenza vaccines.
  • Participate in a 2-year training program consisting of 4 six-month placements in our manufacturing departments.
  • Undertake daily tasks and complete a 6-month project in a specific area of interest during each placement period.
  • Gain experience in primary and secondary manufacturing areas or operational excellence.
  • Develop the skills and expertise necessary to take on a key role in ensuring the manufacture of high-quality vaccines in a compliant, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Requirements

  • A minimum 2:1 degree in a manufacturing, scientific, or engineering discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on delivering a high level of service.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Excellent computer skills in Windows applications (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
