Job Title: Master Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Master Fabricator to join our team at Gi Group Professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced fabricator to work on train equipment components.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MIG, MAG, and TIG welding using gauges 2mm - 4mm. You will be responsible for working on various components that make up train cabs, adhering to engineering drawings for high-quality results.

This role involves:

  • MIG, MAG, and TIG welding
  • Working with gauges 2mm - 4mm
  • Working on various components that make up train cabs
  • Working from engineering drawings
  • General housekeeping
  • Meeting productivity targets

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Proven experience in MIG TIG and MAG Welding
  • BASIC fabrication skills
  • Ability to perform confident positional welding including overhead and vertical positions
  • Flux core experience would be advantageous
  • Able to interpret and follow engineering drawings
