About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group Ltd. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents while leading and supporting junior staff members.

Main Responsibilities
  • To promote the highest standards of nursing care in the home
  • To provide a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors
  • To supervise and support junior staff members through effective leadership
  • To set a good example at all times in respect of dress, manner, hygiene, and behavior
Requirements

We are looking for someone with 12 months' post-graduate experience in a care of the elderly setting, preferably with experience of working with elderly people with dementia. You should be able to provide advice and guidance to internal staff, residents, and their relatives in a sensitive manner.

Key skills and qualities include:

  • Time management and prioritization of workload
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage diverse situations effectively
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
