Job Title: Light Commercial Vehicle TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Light Commercial Vehicle Technician to join our busy service team in Stockton-on-Tees. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Diagnostic and Repair Work: Conduct thorough diagnostic tests on light commercial vehicles to identify issues and provide accurate repair solutions.
- Maintenance and Inspection: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
- Repair and Replacement: Repair and replace parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems, to ensure vehicles are safe and reliable.
- Inspections and Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and prevent future issues, ensuring our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration and Customer Service: Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure satisfaction.
- Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ in automotive maintenance and repair or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Light Commercial Vehicle Technician or similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various mechanical and electrical issues in light commercial vehicles, strong knowledge of automotive systems, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Competitive Salary and Bonus: Fantastic un-capped bonus with an OTE of over £40,000 per annum.
