Operational Excellence Technician

We are seeking a talented Operational Excellence Technician to join our team at Arla Foods in North Devon. As an Operational Excellence Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that technical standards are met, including Operator Asset Care, and reducing unplanned downtime through systematic Continuous Improvement work. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technical professional to make a real impact in our team.
About the Role:
This role involves ensuring that technical standards are met, including Operator Asset Care, and reducing unplanned downtime through systematic Continuous Improvement work. You will also be responsible for coaching operators and technical operators on technical standards and OAC, as well as contributing to a healthy, inclusive, and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Skilled technical education and/or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of LEAN principles and data management
