**Training Programme Officer Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Training Programme Officer to join our team at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for our International Training Programmes, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality training programmes for overseas organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering the detailed process of the Training Programmes
  • Liaising with offsite providers to ensure timely delivery of Induction Programmes
  • Maintaining electronic databases, logs, and application trackers
  • Convening meetings, producing agendas, and accurate minutes
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills

Requirements:

  • Good General Education (e.g. GCSE English and Maths A-C)
  • Business Administration NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience
  • Experience of dealing with the Public/Customer service experience
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Estimated Salary:**£25,500 - £31,400 per annum
