About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at mydentist. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our dental practice, ensuring outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of dental professionals, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engage with self-employed clinicians while managing contractual relationships.
  • Manage compliance and meet the requirements of our regulators, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • Interpret financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to make informed commercial decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
