We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Muthu Hotels MGM. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and guidance to managers and employees across our various sites.

Regular travel between sites will be needed. The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
  • Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and employee data maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Handle cases related to people issues in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Takes initiative and works independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
