Senior Real Estate Client Director

Aon is seeking a seasoned Real Estate professional to lead our specialist practice in a key client-facing role. As a Senior Real Estate Client Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute client relationship strategies to drive business growth and retention.
  • Lead a team of client service professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences and outcomes.
  • Oversee broking and carrier marketing activities to ensure best outcomes for clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
Requirements:
  • Substantial Real Estate or Property Owners experience with a strong understanding of the insurance market.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
