About the Role:

  1. To conduct thorough energy efficiency assessments of residential properties.
  2. Survey and document room configurations, floor plans, windows, doors, and fireplaces within clients' homes.
  3. Produce detailed reports recommending cost-effective improvements to enhance energy performance.
  4. Utilize computer software to generate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
  5. Communicate assessment findings and EPC results to homeowners.

Requirements:

  1. Hold a Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment.
  2. Possess a full UK driving license.
  3. Demonstrate extensive experience in conducting EPCs.
  4. Be qualified and capable of undertaking EPCs with an approved member body.
  5. Exhibit strong attention to detail.
  6. Develop effective communication skills.
  7. Maintain a flexible and positive approach to work.
