Deputy General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Slim Chickens. As a Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all company standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Ensure that all staff are well-trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, labor, and other operational aspects of the restaurant
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and build strong relationships with employees, customers, and vendors
