\Your Role
\We are currently recruiting a talented Chef to join our team on a full-time basis (36 hours per week). As a Chef at Compass, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.

- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure our kitchens are well-stocked\
- Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards\
- Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations\
- Becoming passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and great-tasting food\
- Holding a valid Food Hygiene certificate\
- A flexible approach to working and adapting to changing circumstances\
- Experience in a similar role or relevant training/qualifications\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
