About the Role

As a Support Worker at CrossReach, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities. Your duties will include:

  1. Assisting service users with daily living tasks
  2. Supporting personal growth and independence
  3. Encouraging participation in community activities

You will work independently, including sleepovers, and respond to the changing needs of service users. A Christian faith is required, and you must be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos.
