The role of Lead Child Audiologist at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced paediatric audiologist to lead our Paediatric team.
About the RoleThis is a Band 7 leadership position, requiring strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You will be responsible for leading two tester children's hearing assessment clinics, conducting diagnostic audiological assessments, and providing counselling to patients and parents/carers.
Key Responsibilities- To develop and implement effective audiological services for children and young people.
- To ensure the provision of high-quality patient care.
- To lead and manage a team of audiologists.
- A highly competitive salary of approximately £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A generous annual leave entitlement, starting at 27 days and increasing to 33 days after 10 years of service.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced paediatric audiologist with a Master's degree in Audiology Science or equivalent. You will need to be registered as a Clinical Scientist in Audiology and have advanced knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the ear and balance systems.
