Job Opportunity: Care Home Trainer

As a member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions to care home staff in the southern region.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for training, and the ability to work independently.

Compensation Package:
  • £35,000 Basic Salary
  • £5,000 Car Allowance
  • Contributory Pension Scheme
  • Healthcare Scheme
  • 25 days Annual Leave plus 8 Bank Holidays
Key Duties:
  1. Design and deliver high-quality training sessions.
  2. Cover a designated geographic area, providing support to care home staff.
Annual Salary:£40,000.
