Job Description: As a Social Housing Repair Specialist with Skilled Careers, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and safety of our domestic properties. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
  • Identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair through regular inspections
  • Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a NVQ or City and Guilds qualification with proof of completion. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as a passion for using your maintenance skills to improve housing quality.
