About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is for a Behavioural Learning Mentor to join our team at PK Education. As a Behavioural Learning Mentor, you will be working with pupils who have challenging behaviour and/or SEND, providing support and guidance to help them progress in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behaviour support and guidance to pupils with challenging behaviour and/or SEND
- Work with pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis to help them progress
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour plans
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification or degree in Education or Special Inclusive Education
- Experience of working with challenging behaviour and SEND
- Maths and English GCSE
