Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Class 2 Logistics Operative to join our client's team in Coalville. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, operating Class 2 vehicles, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of water solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face interaction and ensure customer equipment is sanitized to contractual requirements.
  • Drive and operate Class 2 vehicles, including 7.5 and 3.5 Tonne vehicles, to deliver water solutions to customers.
  • Ensure scheduled water deliveries and extra delivery orders are completed on time and in full, where appropriate.
  • Consult with the Branch Operations Manager to optimize route efficiency and ensure vehicle stock levels are maintained.
  • Support various teams to address time-critical issues and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Valid UK Category C Driving Licence
  • Valid Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
  • No more than six penalty points for minor infringements
  • No major endorsement codes
  • Experience in multi-drop deliveries and flexibility in working hours
