Job Summary

We are seeking a Reception and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. This is a full-time, office-based position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Front of House services, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager, including internal and external compliance audit preparation.
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of the site and office equipment, including booking couriers and monitoring office housekeeping and cleanliness.
  • Issue ID and access badges for new hires, visitors, and vendors, and maintain the visitors sign-in book.
  • Promote a high level of satisfaction amongst end users by anticipating and promptly responding to their service requirements.
  • Provide contractor management, including induction and monitoring while on site.

Essential Qualifications/Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Desirable Qualifications/Experience

  • Customer service skills, with experience in handling complaints and resolving issues.
  • Business administration skills, including experience with CAFM systems (Maximo) and FM practices and procedures.

Core Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.
