Special Education Needs Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a SEN Provision Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing SEN provisions, ensuring high-quality support and services are delivered to those who need it most.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment, with a deep understanding of the SEND field and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families. They will be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
About the Role:
The SEN Provision Lead will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve SEN support
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
