Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing payroll data, processing leavers, and handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manipulating payroll data on Excel for interface tasks, which is a lengthy process conducted once a week.
  • Handling queries related to payroll and providing support to the payroll team.
  • Processing employee leavers and managing associated administrative tasks.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and maintaining accurate records.
  • Undertaking any other ad hoc tasks as required to support the payroll team.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Payroll administration experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability to handle various tasks and prioritize effectively.
