Based in the vicinity of Kelly Bray and Launceston, our workshop is the perfect place to work on a diverse range of vehicles and machinery.

This role offers adaptability, with either employed or self-employed contracts available, ensuring the right candidate finds a suitable arrangement. We operate flexible working hours, spanning 1 to 6 days per week, and provide opportunities for overtime and the occasional use of a company-provided vehicle.

Total Compensation Package

  • Ranging between £25,000 to £45,000 annually, inclusive of hourly wages and benefits

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and assess vehicles and machinery to pinpoint potential issues and devise effective repair plans.
  • Execute routine maintenance duties, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tyre rotations.
  • Employ diagnostic tools to diagnose complex mechanical problems.
  • Display a comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems, covering engine components, transmission systems, and electrical infrastructure.
  • Hold relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive technology or mechanics, ideally IRTEC or equivalent.
  • A valid HGV driving licence is desired but not obligatory.
