Job Title: Demand Forecasting Specialist

TQR Consultancy Ltd in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Demand Forecasting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer expectations align with production scheduling.

The role involves providing accurate information to the customer service team, ensuring all customer-generated demand is raised on the ERP system, and assessing the feasibility of customer requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer expectations are met through effective production scheduling
  • Provide timely and accurate information to the customer service team
  • Raise customer-generated demand on the ERP system
  • Assess the feasibility of customer requests
  • Collaborate with inventory management to maintain schedule adherence

Essential Requirements:

  • GCSE Grade A – C in English & Maths
  • Production planning experience gained from within fast-paced Engineering or Manufacturing environments
  • ERP system knowledge/experience
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £55,000 per annum
