About the Role

  • As a Positive Behavioural Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement tailored support plans, ensuring that each individual receives the care and support they need.
  • You will be responsible for providing emotional support, social interactions, and accompanying clients to appointments, as well as supporting with daily living tasks such as personal care and housekeeping.
  • Our Positive Behavioural Support Workers are key to helping us deliver our mission of making a difference and doing the right thing. If you share our values and are passionate about delivering high-quality care, we want to hear from you.
