Join Our Team as an Activity Co-Ordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Activity Co-Ordinator to join our team at Oakley Grange, a luxurious residential and dementia care home in Warwick.

As an Activity Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of activities and events to enhance the lives of our residents. This will include arts and crafts, exercise classes, and other social activities.

You will work closely with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and their families.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour, plus company benefits, and a 40-hour working week with some weekend working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver a range of activities and events to enhance the lives of our residents
  • Work closely with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and their families

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a care setting
  • Ability to plan and deliver activities and events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
