Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to lead our site team in the delivery of a development comprising 2, 3, 4 and 5 bed contemporary homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the build process from handover of land through to last legal completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing multiple home builds to specified designs and quality standards. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction process from handover to completion
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standard
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing site team
