Business Development Representative

We are looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our sales team in Worksop. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for generating new business and developing existing relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team. You will be responsible for:
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities
- Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies
- Negotiating with customers to secure the best outcome for the company
- Maintaining contact with existing customers and up-selling additional products and services
- Ensuring high levels of customer service
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in sales
- Proven track record of success in achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Creative problem solving skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
The estimated salary for this role is £30,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
