We are looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our sales team in Worksop. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for generating new business and developing existing relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team. You will be responsible for:

  1. Researching and identifying new business opportunities
  2. Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies
  3. Negotiating with customers to secure the best outcome for the company
  4. Maintaining contact with existing customers and up-selling additional products and services
  5. Ensuring high levels of customer service

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in sales
  • Proven track record of success in achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
