About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Nurse to join our team at Corby Community Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, providing high-quality care to patients in our inpatient physical health rehabilitation unit.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess the healthcare needs of patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Monitor the quality of care provided and work closely with the multidisciplinary team to set goals towards discharge
  • Carry out clinical skills such as complex medication administration, intravenous medications, and fluid administration
  • Assist the Ward Sister in managing a team of patients, supervision, and delegation to junior staff
