Job Title: Fabric Engineer - North London and Hertfordshire

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to join our team in North London and Hertfordshire. As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting pre-planned and reactive maintenance at various commercial sites, including major retailers. You will be part of an on-call rota, responsible for applying emergency repairs when necessary.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct 1st and 2nd fix carpentry & plumbing works
* Perform various building services tasks, including electrical repairs, plastering, decorating, and more
* Participate in an on-call rota for emergency repairs

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary: £38,000-£40,000
