About the Role

As an Estate Strategy and Planning Principal at CV Library, you will be responsible for leading the development of site infrastructure investment and renewal business cases. This will involve creating and presenting business cases to secure capital funding, as well as understanding the capabilities of the teams sponsoring these investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of business cases and supporting artefacts required to support investment decisions.
  • Develop problem definition, requirements capture, and options appraisal.
  • Lead individual renewal and/or investment proposals as directed by the Estate Leads.
  • Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality, and be a team player.
Requirements
  • Corporate Strategy and business planning experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment appraisal analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management at all levels.
  • Experience of business management and business planning cycle.
  • Proven track record managing plans in complex investment environments.
  • Proactive with the ability and confidence to use own initiative.
