About the Opportunity

Kings Camps is a dynamic and innovative organisation that delivers sports and activity day camps to children throughout the school holidays. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Camp Manager to join our team.

As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for leading our camp teams and delivering exceptional results. You will oversee the planning and implementation of engaging activities, manage staff and volunteers, and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in youth development, leadership, and management. They will be able to motivate and inspire our camp teams to deliver exceptional results and ensure a positive experience for all children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high-quality school-holiday experience to children aged 5 to 17
  • Oversight of staff and volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources
  • Maintenance of a safe and enjoyable environment, adhering to health and safety standards and procedures
  • Communication with staff, parents, and our central office team to ensure smooth operations
  • Pre-season preparation, including planning, timetabling, and venue setup

We offer a competitive salary of up to £605 per week, free enhanced DBS check and Kings Camps uniform, and the opportunity to gain a funded paediatric first aid qualification.
