Senior Mechanical Services Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team, responsible for maintaining and repairing gas systems within council properties. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial gas engineering, with certifications in COCN 1, CIGA 1, CORT 1, ICPN 1, TPCP 1, and TPCP 1A.
This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including annual leave, volunteering leave, and staff perks.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, test, and maintain gas equipment and appliances
- Identify and mitigate potential risks
- Interact with customers on a day-to-day basis
