We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Leader to join our team at our Knutsford store. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our store team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Leader in leading the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve operational excellence and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of the store team through coaching, mentoring, and training.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to drive growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
