At Protek Security, we're specialists in the Security & Fire industry based in the UK. Due to continued growth, we're seeking an ambitious & hardworking individual to join our team as a Multidisciplinary Security and Fire Expert.

Your role:

As a Multidisciplinary Security and Fire Expert, you'll take on a key role in installing, servicing, and maintaining fire alarms, CCTV, access control systems, automated gates, and barriers across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites.

Key responsibilities:

  • Install, service, repair, and maintain systems from brands like Dahua, Texecom & Paxton.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the highest quality of work from start to finish.
  • Provide support to team members and have the chance to lead as we continue growing.
  • Field-based role covering various areas.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm but start times and finish times can vary occasionally.

About you:

We're looking for someone who's as passionate about what they do as we are. If you tick most of the following boxes, we'd love to hear from you:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the Fire & Security industry.
  • Knowledge of a range of manufacturers and solid technical understanding.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • IT literate, with a strong grasp of app technology.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards.
  • Experience working on commercial, industrial, and domestic projects.
  • Great at troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Good customer service experience
