Key Responsibilities

  5. Nursing Task Management: Prioritize and delegate nursing tasks to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  6. Incident Response: Promptly address and report any concerns or incidents related to patient well-being or staffing issues.
  7. Professional Growth: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in practice and meet revalidation requirements.
  8. New Staff Onboarding: Support new staff members through their induction process and ensure they meet care standards.
  9. Mandatory Training Compliance: Complete mandatory training and competency assessments in a timely manner.
  10. Clinical Supervision and Reflection: Engage in regular clinical supervision and reflection to enhance practice.
