Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring that every vehicle meets the high standards expected by customers.
  • Utilize the latest diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and repair both mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and test drives to accurately diagnose faults and verify repairs.
  • Carry out MOTs in full compliance with DVSA regulations, ensuring vehicles meet the legal safety and environmental standards.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship and ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and within timeframes.
Requirements
  • Solid experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, with a strong track record of diagnosing and fixing a range of mechanical and electrical faults.
  • DVSA MOT testing license is highly desirable, though candidates willing to undertake the training to obtain certification are also encouraged to apply.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering top-notch workmanship.
  • Meticulous approach with a focus on precision and care in all repairs and services.
  • Relevant industry qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or ATA accreditation would be advantageous, although equivalent experience will be considered.
