Job Title: HR Administrator Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Reed. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and providing timely analysis and HR management reports. Key Responsibilities: * Update HR documents and employee records in our company HR software system. * Administer training, recruitment, promotion, and probation processes. * Communicate changes to employee records and terms & conditions to the payroll department and line managers. * Manage all sickness and other absence records. * Produce ad-hoc reports and statistics for tasks such as annual bonus payments and pay reviews. * Respond to HR-related queries from employees. * Monitor HR metrics and produce regular HR reports. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and Human Resources. * Assist with the administration and delivery of HR projects. * Resolve HR-related issues. * Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for HR-related services. Requirements: * A-Level standard education or above is advantageous. * At least two GCSEs, including English and Maths. * Previous HR administration experience. * Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities. * Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
