Job Description

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of interfaces that enhance gameplay, guide / teach players, and support the game's evolving EVE narrative.

You will collaborate with our design, art, and engineering teams to create interfaces that meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.

This role reports directly to the Lead UI/UX Designer.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop interfaces that meet the needs of players, including screen space and diegetic HUD, in-game menus, and front-end menu systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design vision and technical requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain interactive wireframe flows using design software such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Provide regular progress updates to production and leadership.
Requirements
  • Expertise in UI/UX design with a minimum of 5 years' experience in designing for video games, particularly multiplayer / FPS genres.
  • Experience working directly in Unreal Engine and proficiency in design software such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think critically and make data-driven design decisions.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices in game design.
