Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transactional Lawyer to join our top-ranked Private Equity team in London. As a Junior Transactional Lawyer, you will play a key role in advising private equity firms and financial sponsors on complex cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle corporate M&A and private equity transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and contract negotiation.
  • Engage in business development and firm promotion, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Manage complex transactions and deliver high-quality work under pressure, working closely with senior lawyers and other team members.
  • Provide expert advice on corporate law and private equity transactions, staying up-to-date with market trends and regulatory developments.

Requirements

  • Solicitor qualified in England & Wales with 1-4 years of PQE in private equity transactions.
  • Previous experience at a leading private equity practice in London or a comparable market.
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • A strong corporate training background and academics, and a non-jumpy CV showing demonstrable technical ability on PE backed transactions.
