Compensation: $19/hour plus a shift differential of $2/hour.

The total hourly compensation for this role is estimated at $21/hour.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on the company's performance.

Job Overview:
This Manufacturing Inspector will be responsible for inspecting assembled parts to ensure they meet customer standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of electrical components and test methods.

Main Responsibilities:
- Inspect all raw materials and purchased parts for imperfections and nonconformities
- Utilize manual or automated measurement and testing equipment to assure quality of products
- Identify and document non-conforming parts
- Work with limited supervision to communicate with the team about product deficiencies, new processes, or issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Education or GED equivalency
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of Quality System requirements
- Proficiency in understanding special process operations
