Conveyancing Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to provide effective support to our Conveyancing Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to be an active part of the team and possess excellent communication and client care skills.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with professionals involved in property transactions and build upon existing relationships.
- Provide quotations to clients and prospective clients both verbally and in writing.
- Administer filing systems, including daily filing and the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
- Prepare correspondence using our case management system.
- Prepare files for completion and draft completion statements.
- Report to clients on searches, mortgage contracts, and title packs.
- Check MLR and obtain evidence of funds.
- Raise enquiries with seller's solicitors and reply to enquiries from lender's solicitors.
To be a successful candidate, you must have a minimum of 6 months' experience within a conveyancing department and possess a desire to progress your career within the conveyancing field. You should also be able to prioritize work, work to tight deadlines, and keep calm under pressure.
