Private Client Solicitor Job Description:
  We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team in Oxfordshire. With a minimum of 5 years' PQE, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on Wills, tax planning, probate, and estate administration. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to progress your career and contribute to the success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To advise clients on complex Wills, tax planning, probate, and estate administration matters  
  • To manage and supervise team members, promoting a supportive and friendly working environment  
  • To develop and implement business development strategies, enhancing the firm's reputation and client base  
  • To maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements  
  • To stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues  

Requirements:
  To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' PQE in Private Client law  
  • An excellent understanding of Wills, tax planning, probate, and estate administration  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike  
  • A commercial and creative mindset, with a passion for driving business growth and development  
  • The ability to work effectively in a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive working environment  
  • Experience of managing and supervising team members would be advantageous, but not essential  

What We Offer:
