Sales and Revenue Coordinator

At The Sure Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell products to existing customers, maximizing sales and revenue.
- Liaison with Orders Team: Collaborate closely with the orders team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely delivery of products.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in Excel, including sales data, customer information, and order details.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Experience in a similar sales administrative role is preferred, with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer service.
- Cold Calling Experience: Comfortable making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and generate sales leads.
- Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
