Pharmacist Community Lead

Aspire Locums (Northwest) Limited is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Responsible Pharmacist to join our team.
Salary: £44,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, clinically astute, and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of care and advice to customers and patients, working closely with our support team to deliver world-class professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering the pharmacy strategy through care conversations with customers and patients, providing expert advice throughout
- Accountable for professional pharmacy legal & ethical decisions in the pharmacy
- Actively supporting the development, education & training of colleagues; building pharmacy capability of store teams
- Conducting regular reviews, audits, and risk assessments to protect patient and public safety
