Are you looking for a challenging role as a Facility Engineer with a leading gas supplier in St Helens, Merseyside?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facility Engineer to join our team, responsible for planning and carrying out maintenance activities for the gas processing site and satellite plants in the surrounding area.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a heavy process engineering plant, such as chemical, steel works, pharmaceutical, power, or similar industries, and be highly skilled in an engineering discipline such as Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrument Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and carry out maintenance activities for the gas processing site and satellite plants
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety best practices on COMAH sites
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Experience in a heavy process engineering plant
  • Highly skilled in an engineering discipline such as Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrument Engineering
  • Good understanding of health and safety best practices on COMAH sites
