About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Nurse to join our Elective Surgical Ward team at Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital. As a Ward Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth running of the ward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring the needs of each individual are met with compassion and respect.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance your clinical skills.
  • Support the ward team in maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
