Job Title: Senior Door Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Door Engineer to join our team at Work Lyf Group Limited. As a Senior Door Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing industrial and specialist doors, including roller shutters, sectional overhead doors, and rapid rise roll-up doors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, service, and repair industrial and specialist doors, including roller shutters, sectional overhead doors, and rapid rise roll-up doors.
  • Attend site visits, conduct fault diagnosis, and provide estimates for repair requirements.
  • Work with customers to advise on potential equipment faults and provide solutions.
  • Responsible for maintaining personal van stock levels and accurate time sheet reporting.
  • Complete reports, job sheets, and basic administration on mobile tablets.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications for industrial door works and previous experience.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and out-of-hours work.
  • Good customer service skills and physical fitness to work at heights.
  • Desirable qualifications include IPATH & CSCS, PASMA, and previous field work experience within the industry.
