Job Title: Commercial Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Director to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and delivering business results.

About the Role

The Commercial Director will be responsible for leading our commercial activities, including business analysis, sales performance, and decision-making. You will work closely with our sales leaders to drive sales growth and develop quality decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial activities, including business analysis, sales performance, and decision-making
  • Work closely with sales leaders to drive sales growth and develop quality decision-making processes
  • Advising on legal matters, including commercial contracts, employment law, and commercial property matters
  • Identifying and advising on potential expansion planning, including M&A
  • Leading on and building continuous improvement programs in a high-achieving sales/recruitment environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior-level executive role, with a track record of implementing successful commercial improvements
  • Ambitious to progress in your career, always pushing yourself to achieve results
  • Hold a professional qualification in either accounting or legal
  • Previous experience operating at board/senior executive level within a medium or large-sized business
